Empty plastic bottles are installed in the roof, filled with water and bleach they refract sunlight. These “solar light bulbs” provide light equivalent to a 55watt light bulb.

I had this conversation AGAIN twelve hours ago. Still fucking seething. 

That makes me smile, and it makes me sad at the same time.

“I had no idea you were Black.”

I get that a lot, as if what and how I write dictate what my race is.

It’s frustrating, yet I can’t help but laugh as such stupidity.

people: “I had no idea you were Black.”
me: “I had no idea you were fucking racist. who knew?”

or…

people: “I had no idea you were Black.”
me: “Oh sowry suh! wuud it pleez ya if I tok like dis!? wen i wuz a chillen my mama taught me to tok goood but i can stop if it makes yuh feel un-kumftable!”

Am I the only one who finds it hilarious when black people actually talk like that for satirical purposes?
